Information we collect

Anonymous uploads: When you upload without an account, we process the file you submit, generated URLs, basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps), and anti-abuse signals such as rate limits.

Account holders: If you register, we store your email address, hashed password, subscription status, upload history, and usage metrics needed to run your dashboard.

Payments: Paid plans are processed by Stripe and/or Creem. We do not store full card numbers. Payment providers send us billing status, customer identifiers, and transaction metadata.

Analytics: If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location in aggregated form.

How we use information and legal basis

We use data to provide hosting links, prevent abuse, operate accounts and billing, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

For users in the European Economic Area and UK, our legal bases include: performance of a contract (providing the service you request), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and product improvement), and consent (analytics cookies where required).

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies are required for language preference, session management, and security.

Analytics cookies are optional. We load Google Analytics only after you choose "Accept analytics" in our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent by clearing site data or selecting "Essential only" when prompted on a fresh visit.

Third-party processors

We rely on trusted providers to run the service, including:

— Cloudflare R2 for file storage and delivery — Stripe and/or Creem for subscription billing — Google Analytics (only with consent) for usage statistics — Hosting and infrastructure providers that process server logs

These providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to deliver the service.

Data retention

Free-tier and anonymous uploads are automatically deleted after 7 days by default. Paid plans may select longer retention at upload time, including Never expires on Premium while the subscription stays active.

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, legal, and security purposes.

Server logs and security records are retained for a limited period, then deleted or aggregated.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability.

EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

International transfers

Our infrastructure and processors may operate in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
