Description of the Service

Image to URL provides online file and image hosting that generates shareable links. Features may vary by plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Accounts

You may use many features without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and notify us of unauthorized access.

Acceptable use and user content

You are solely responsible for files you upload and links you share.

You agree not to upload or distribute content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, contains malware, exploits minors, promotes violence or hatred, or violates applicable law.

We may remove content, disable links, suspend accounts, or report activity to authorities when we believe it violates these Terms or poses risk to others.

Paid subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and/or Creem. Prices, limits, and features are shown on our pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your billing portal or account settings. Refunds are handled according to the payment provider's policies and applicable law unless we state otherwise in writing.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes apply to future billing periods.

Availability and storage

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Free uploads may expire after 7 days. Files are removed after the storage duration you select unless your Premium plan includes Never expires.

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important files.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service.

Our website, brand, and software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or misused.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or where required by law.

Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required by law.
